Classes need to be reserved and paid in full at least 2 days prior to class - so that we won't have to cancel the class. If we do not register at least 10 students 2 days before class, the class will be cancelled. Classes are all demonstration method, unless otherwise mentioned in the class description. If you choose to cancel, we ask that you call at least 48 hours in advance to notify us, otherwise your payment will not be refunded. Thurs. 23rd – ASIAN EVENING – 6 – 8 P.M. - $45.00 – Taught by Mary Spencer. Mary takes the class on a whirlwind junket through Asian cuisine. She cooks some of her favorite dishes from around the Orient. Her demonstration will include Vietnamese Spicy and Sour Shrimp Soup, Asian Summer Rolls with Nuoc Cham dipping sauce, Crab and Cucumber Sunomono (Japanese salad), Korean Bulgogi (bbq beef) and Bananas with Coconut Milk. |
